Who we are
This website is run by NetCloudz B.V., registered in the Dutch Trade Register (KvK) under number 98871080, VAT number NL868680278B01. We are the controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us through the contact form on this website.
What we collect through the contact form
When you send us a message, we receive your name, email address, company (optional) and your message. We use this to answer your request and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal or demo.
Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
Website statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many visits our pages get. It does not use cookies and we cannot use it to identify you. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used.
Spam protection
To keep bots out of our contact form, the contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile. It processes technical signals from your browser, such as your IP address and browser type, to tell people from bots. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse. Cloudflare also uses these signals to improve its bot detection, for which it is itself responsible. See the Cloudflare Turnstile privacy addendum for details.
Cookies
We do not set cookies on this website.
Who else handles your data
We use Cloudflare to host this website and handle its traffic, Resend to deliver contact form messages to us, and Strato for our email. These providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell your data.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages for up to two years after our last contact, unless they become part of a project or contract. In that case, we keep them for as long as the law requires, such as the seven-year retention period for Dutch business records.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to provide it in a portable format. Use the contact form to send your request.
You can also file a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
